ToriSoft(이하 "개발자")는 Android 앱 Ghost Leg Animal(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 아래와 같이 안내합니다.

1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보

앱에는 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며, 개발자는 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보

• 배경음·효과음 음량, 언어 설정
• 사용자가 입력해 저장한 참가자·항목 프리셋(이름과 동물 아이콘)

이 정보는 앱 내부 저장소(PlayerLocalData.json)에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 결과 화면 공유

공유 버튼을 누르면 현재 화면을 이미지로 앱 내부 저장소에 저장한 뒤 Android 공유 화면을 엽니다. 이미지는 사용자가 직접 고른 앱으로만 전달되며, 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 광고 (Google AdMob)

앱은 무료로 제공되며 Google AdMob의 배너·전면·앱 오프닝 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공, 맞춤 광고, 광고 성과 측정과 부정행위 방지를 위해 다음 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.

• 광고 ID(Android Advertising ID) 등 기기 식별자
• IP 주소, 기기 모델, OS 버전, 언어 등 기기·네트워크 정보
• 광고 노출·클릭 등 앱 내 광고 상호작용 정보

맞춤 광고는 기기의 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정해 끌 수 있습니다.

5. 앱 무결성 확인 (Google Play Integrity API)

앱이 Google Play에서 설치된 정상 앱인지 확인하기 위해 Google Play Integrity API를 사용할 수 있으며, 이 과정에서 Google이 기기·앱 정보를 처리합니다.

6. 제3자 제공

개발자는 위 4·5항의 Google 서비스 외에 어떤 제3자에게도 이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 이용자의 권리와 정보 삭제

기기에 저장된 정보는 앱 삭제 또는 설정 → 앱 → Ghost Leg Animal → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다. 개발자는 서버에 이용자 정보를 보관하지 않으므로 별도로 삭제할 정보가 없습니다. 광고 관련 정보는 위 4항의 방법으로 관리할 수 있습니다.

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 고칩니다.

Ghost Leg Animal Privacy Policy

ToriSoft ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who uses the Android app Ghost Leg Animal (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Information we collect

The App has no sign-up or login. We do not collect, or send to any server, personally identifiable information such as your name, email, phone number or location.

2. Information stored only on your device

• Music and sound-effect volume, and language setting
• Participant and item presets you save (names and animal icons)

This data is kept only in the App's private storage (PlayerLocalData.json) and is never transmitted. It is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

3. Sharing results

When you tap Share, the App saves a screenshot of the current screen to its private storage and opens the Android share sheet. The image goes only to the app you choose; it is not sent to us.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is free and shows banner, interstitial and app-open ads from Google AdMob. To serve and personalize ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect and process:

• Device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID
• Device and network information such as IP address, device model, OS version and language
• Ad interactions in the App, such as impressions and clicks

You can opt out of personalized ads by deleting or resetting your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.

5. App integrity (Google Play Integrity API)

The App may use the Google Play Integrity API to verify that it is a genuine copy installed from Google Play. Google processes device and app information for this check.

6. Sharing with third parties

Other than the Google services in sections 4 and 5, we do not sell or share your information with any third party.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your rights and data deletion

You can delete the data stored on your device at any time by uninstalling the App or via Settings → Apps → Ghost Leg Animal → Storage → Clear data. We keep no user data on any server, so there is nothing else to delete. Ad-related data can be managed as described in section 4.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the effective date.
